We believe that BLACK LIVES MATTER.

We believe that white silence results in murder and violence against the Black community.

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity, and are committed to the following initiatives:

Actively advocating for inclusivity, representation and equitable opportunities for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ photographers in workshops and organizations within the photography industry.

Incorporating diverse perspectives within our leadership team in any and all future work opportunities, partnerships, and/or consulting relationships.

Continually developing meaningful, long-term relationships with photographers from marginalized and underrepresented communities.

Continuing to invite a wide range of perspectives at our annual workshop and in our membership programming by intentionally hiring teachers of all races, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.

Using our voices to call out instances of racism, discrimination, or white/hetero-centricity in the photography community.
