The Family Narrative has two goals:

1. To create a space for three day's worth of discussion, demonstrations, and the distribution of real, rich content that everyone in attendance can use to improve their businesses and their lives, and

2. In doing so, create a diverse community of photographers who will continue to push and support one another long after the retreat is over.

We are incredibly excited to host our second Australian retreat at the Halcyon House in Cabarita Beach, New South Wales, which is a (luxury hotel and) an ideal place to retreat to, make new quality friends, and spend time reflecting on yourself, your art and your business.

We'll be filling your days with talks, live shoots, panel and small-group discussions at the hotel, then giving everyone their choice of activities to fill the evenings... and there are lots of options!

Cabarita Beach is the perfect place to explore trails, ride bikes, take in uninterrupted views, and relax. You will have exclusive access to a private beach and pool along with amenities such as a spa, cafe and restaurant. Head north toward Kingscliff, and Fingal Head and you will find an array of boutiques and walking trails. We’d recommend flying into Brisbane or the Gold Coast and sharing the drive down!

The Family Narrative's Australia workshop will take place in Cabarita Beach beginning the afternoon of Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019 and ending mid-day on Friday, July 5th, 2019.

The retreat will take place rain or shine, but locations for daytime sessions may change. Your spot includes full access to all events, discussions and presentations.
